We do ask, though, in the event Client disputes any billing by ActiveCo, Client shall notify ActiveCo in writing within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Charges not disputed within seven (7) days of the invoice shall be deemed undisputed by Client. Payment shall not prejudice Client’s right to dispute charges, so long as they are disputed in the manner and within the time specified in this section. The parties will cooperate in good faith to resolve any such disputes within a thirty (30) day period after the dispute is submitted to ActiveCo.
